One person is dead following a wreck in Greenville County Friday morning.

It happened on Highway 25 at U.S. 76 around 6:30 a.m.

Officials say Victor Bartley Carosiello, 27, of Anderson was killed when his vehicle was struck by another that appears to have crossed over the median.

Carosiello was pronounced dead on the scene. The coroner’s office says he died of multiple blunt force trauma. Investigators say he was wearing a seatbelt.

The crash closed Highway 25 while emergency crews were on the scene.
