ABBEVILLE, S.C. - Abbeville County Sheriff's investigators have arrested the father of a man found shot to death.

Sheriff's Office officials announced that Tony Jordan was arrested and charged him with murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.

According to authorities, Jordan shot and killed his son, 25-year-old Jeremy Ray Jordan, whose body was found late Monday night on a bridge on Old Calhoun Falls Highway. Abbeville coroner Ronnie Ashley says Jordan died of a single gunshot wound to the head.
