MAU Hiring For BMW Jobs As Part Of Plant Expansion

SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. -

MAU, Inc. is holding a job fair Monday for new positions being created as part of a $900 million expansion at BMW’s plant in Greer. The hiring event is happening at Spartanburg Community College (Middle Tyger Campus) on Monday, November 18 from 10 AM – 7 PM. The jobs include health, dental, 401(k) and vacation benefits.

Applicants can also apply online at www.mau.com/bmwjobs. MAU confirmed that these jobs include health, dental, 401(k) and vacation benefits.

BMW Manufacturing announced the hiring of additional staff as part of a 2-year expansion project. The company will be adding the BMW X4 to their line as well as completing construction of an additional 1.6 million square feet of production and logistics space.

BMW anticipates the expansion will bring the total number of jobs at the plant to nearly 8,000 by the end of 2014.
