SANFORD, Fla. -
A Florida judge will be deciding Tuesday whether to grant bail for George Zimmerman.

He was arrested yesterday after his girlfriend called 911 and said he'd threatened her with a shotgun during a violent argument. Zimmerman insists he didn't pull a gun.

The most serious charge he's facing -- aggravated assault -- could put him in prison for up to five years if he's convicted.

It's the latest legal problem facing the man who was acquitted in last year's fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin.
