Shooting At Buncombe Rd. Lucky Mart in Greenville Co.

Greenville County Sheriff's deputies have not made any arrest after a shooting outside of a convenience store.

The shooting happened just after 9:30 outside the Lucky Mart at the intersection of Buncombe Road and Shaw Street.

According to Lieutenant Tim Ridgeway of the sheriff's office, a man was getting out of a car at the store when another vehicle pulled up and the person inside started shooting. The victim was struck in the back and in the leg and at least five shots were fired.

The suspect fled the scene in a white four-door sedan. An acquaintance of the victim fled the scene in another vehicle, which was found abandoned a short distance away.

The victim was transported to Greenville Memorial Hospital with serious injuries.

The suspect is described as a black male in his early 20's with a large afro and wearing a black hoodie with patches.
