BEREA, S.C. - Kentravious D. Brown was arrested Thursday afternoon at Berea High School for a bond violation on attempted murder charges from Greenwood.

Greenwood Police Department says Brown
was arrested on 05/28/2013 for Attempted Murder (two counts) and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime.

The original arrest stemmed from a 05/26/2013 shooting incident that occurred on Mineral Ave. within the city limits of Greenwood.

Brown was incarcerated in the Greenwood Detention Center until 07/11/2013, when he apparently was able to make bond on the charges.

They say Brown violated the conditions of his bond by not appearing for a court appearance late last week.

A bench warrant was issued for his arrest. Officers received information that Brown was at Berea High, at which time the school was notified and Brown was taken in to custody by officers.
