Volunteers packed "Boxes of Love" Saturday to make sure Upstate families have a Thanksgiving meal.

It's an outreach project coordinated through Greenville Connect, where local agencies and churches can come together to help the community.

Tom Preston, with Boxes of Love tells 7 On Your Side, each box contains all the trimmings of a complete holiday meal. Preston says the boxes will benefit more than 800 families. Each box is designed to feed a family of six on Thanksgiving.
