A Texas 16-year-old was driving drunk when he caused a crash that killed four people. Prosecutors wanted him to get 20 years behind bars. Instead he got 10 years of probation because a judge agreed he was the product of "affluenza", meaning he's the product of wealthy, privileged parents, who never set limits.
