ANDERSON, S.C. - The Solicitor's Office in Anderson County says the woman accused of abandoning her three year old daughter last year has bonded out of  the Anderson County Detention Center.

McBride is accused of child neglect.  Last April, McBride's three year old daughter was found abandoned on the front porch of a home in Anderson.

A judge Thursday reduced McBride's original bond from $20,000 to $10,000.

Speaking in court, McBride told the judge her decision to leave the child on the front porch was a dumb decision.  McBride says the child was only on the porch for a few seconds and watched the uncle take the child inside.

McBride also says there was another note left explaining who the baby was, but no one has seen the note.
