The Buncombe County Sheriff's Office say they've arrested a Leicester man in the breaking and entering of a "Fast Track" convenience store on 631 Old Leicester Highway early Sunday morning.

Deputies say they've arrested 48 year old Chad Roger Griffin.

They say Griffin faces charges of breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and larceny of a motor vehicle.

Deputies say other charges are pending.

This is one of two breaking and entering cases they've been investigating this weekend.

The first they say was at the "Fast Break II" at 306 Old Leicester Highway Saturday morning.

Deputies arrived at 4:53 am Saturday after an alarm sounded.

The second was Sunday morning at the "Fast Track" on 631 Old Leicester Highway.

Deputies say they arrived at 5:32 am Sunday after alarms on the front and rear entrances of the business sounded.

Vehicles involved in both instances were recovered and deputies say both were stolen.

They obtained surveillance photos of the second break-in at the "Fast Track" Sunday morning.
