NEWBERRY COUNTY, S.C. -
Three train cars derailed Monday morning in Newberry County.
The Newberry County Sheriff's Office reported the derailment on tracks at U.S. 76 and Colony Church Road southeast of the city of Newberry.
It was reported around 9:30 a.m.
There were no injuries with the derailment and the train cars were carrying wood fiber products so there was no threat to the surrounding community. 

Crews are working to rerail the tracks.
