Silver Alert Canceled for Missing Henderson Co. Woman

HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. -

UPDATE: Ms. Wilson returned to her home around 5:00 a.m. Tuesday.

A Silver Alert has been issued for Cheryl Kay Wilson by the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office. Wilson was last seen at 7:30 a.m. Monday at her home on Sunset Drive. Investigators say Wilson is 5’2” tall with gray hair and blue eyes and weighs approximately 116 pounds. She was last seen wearing a purple colored fleece hooded housecoat. She may be in a black 2008 Saturn Vue.

Family members tell the sheriff’s office Wilson has early onset dementia and gets lost very easily.
