Senator Kay Hagan spoke to a group of Young Democrats at the Greenville Convention Center on Friday. Hagan and Clay Aiken were two of several prominent names at this year's North Carolina Young Democrats convention that took place in Greenville.

9 On Your Side was the only camera allowed into the closed event for the senator’s entire remarks and question and answer session. Attendees asked Senator Hagan about several hot topic issues including abortion, immigration reform, and marijuana decriminalization.

We have contacted house speaker and candidate for US Senate Thom Tillis for his response on Senator Hagan’s remarks.
