Union, SC - Union Public Safety Officers now say a body found Wednesday afternoon is the body of a man reported missing.

A body has been found in a wooded area near the home at the center of a missing person investigation in Union where foul play is suspected.

City of Union Public Safety investigators were called to the scene of a home on Union Boulevard Tuesday night to investigate a missing person case.

The chief said a call came in earlier in the evening in that area.

The City of Union Public Safety Department says 61-year-old Raymond Davis says a relative reported him missing and was concerned about his welfare after Davis had an argument with his step-son.

After inspecting the residence and finding blood in the kitchen, officials determined that foul play may be a factor. Crime scene tape was up around the home.

The Union County Coroner says an autopsy is scheduled for Friday, April 18th.

Officers say they are now looking for the step-son, Travelle Lamar Burros, who is a person of interest. Burros is 41-years-old, 5'9" and weighs 180 lbs.
