The Milwaukee Real Estate Investors Association Announces May Events Education & Learning How To Market Are The Keys To Real Estate Investing Success Attend & Learn

Posted: Updated:
Anybody interested in Real Estate Investing should plan on attending these educational events. Take the Fast-Track to success.

MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN, May 1, 2014, There are many people who have tried Real Estate Investing and have failed. This has been the subject of many studies, and the results have shown that a sound Education on the basics and the strategies behind successful Real Estate Investing make the difference in who succeeds and who fails. The Milwaukee Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) has announced their event line-up for May, and it is obvious that this is the place to be to gain the expertise and knowledge to Fast-Track to success.

The Milwaukee REIA has a great event scheduled for May 3, 2014, which will cover “Building Your Business By Building Your Foundation”. Dan Kurszewski, who is a seasoned Real Estate Pro, will be making the presentation. He will address what to do and where to begin. Dan will explain why the first 30-days is critical in order to build a solid foundation. In the afternoon there will be a valuable presentation about “Wholesaling For Quick Cash”. In just a few hours, anybody can be ready to find deals, how to figure out if they are a legitimate chance to wholesale, and how to find people to wholesale to. The morning session will be from 9:00am to 11:45am, and the afternoon session will be from 1:00pm to 3:30pm. Both events will be held at Brookfield Suites, 1200 S. Moorland, Brookfield, WI, 53005. Mark the Calendar.

A special treat is in store for May 13, 2014, and May 16, 2014, when Guest Speaker Duncan Wierman will be stopping by to discuss how to grow real estate businesses by developing online lead generating strategies. Duncan Wierman, aka “Mr. Lead Generation”, has gained notoriety as the world’s foremost real estate lead generation strategist. He will be sharing his strategies involving automated systems so folks can do less work and make more money. Duncan has used internet marketing and automated internet systems for attracting buyers, sellers, and investors and it has allowed him to do over 300 deals a year without leaving his desk. Both events will be held at Brookfield Suites, 1200 S. Moorland, Brookfield, WI, 53005.

The Milwaukee REIA is very pleased to present Jason Roberts for a special Saturday Workshop on May 31, 2014. In 2010, Jason lost his home to foreclosure, cars repossessed, and even had to file a personal Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. This gave him the motivation to fight back, was it possible to make money in real estate with no money down, no credit? In 2011, Jason flipped over 100 homes for just shy of $3.6 million dollars in profit, and hasn’t shown any signs of stopping since!! And the best part about it is, he does this in about an hour or two a day. Plan to attend this eye-opening seminar from 8:00am to 4:00pm at Brookfield Suites, 1200 S. Moorland, Brookfield, WI, 53005.

During a recent interview, Eric Lundberg, REIA Director had this to say: “My unique position from the front of the room observing successful and struggling investors alike has shown me how important understanding ‘marketing’ actually is. This is what led us to devoting a whole month of programming to the topic.
