April 30, 2014 /MM-prReach/ —

Noble Capital, the premiere private lending network in Texas, has released its 2014 first quarter financial results. For Q1 of 2014, the private money lending company achieved the following:

• An increase in its loan portfolio of nearly 14% since the end of 2013.

• A new record for loan pay-offs, dropping its average short-term loan program to 9.73 months from a previously reported 10.34.

“The increase in our loan portfolio size demonstrates the strong demand for our loan product with potential real estate investors and flippers. We are excited to work with the increasing level of sophisticated Borrowers in the marketplace,” states Chris Ragland, COO for Noble Capital.

The increase in revenue and net income are obviously good indicators for the Texas based private money lending business. The drop in average loan length is the product of healthy loans, demonstrating how Borrowers are moving quicker to flip their deals.

“Our clients are increasingly developing better systems and processes, allowing them to complete and sell their products more quickly. As a result, our average loan length has shortened, another indicator of a healthy market,” states Romney Navarro, Vice-President of Lending for Streamline Funding, a wholly owned subsidiary of Noble Capital.

Overall, the increase of 14% in Noble Capital’s loan portfolio size shows strong demand for their private money lending product.
