Musician Protests Being Kicked Off Flight With Music

Posted: Updated:
Zach and Nick were on their way to Arkansas to meet with a fellow musician when they were told by the flight crew that their violins were not allowed on the flight. Being left on the tarmac with "no direction" Zach decided to protest. This video is the result.

From the Youtube video description: "We were trying to make a connection in Charlotte, and the captain and crew told us that our violins were not allowed on the flight! They literally left us alone on the tarmac without any direction. Amazing! Are violins dangerous? It's hard enough to make it as a classical musician."

The duo told IndyStar.com that they were met by a representative from the airline company and were given a choice to forgo the flight or put their instruments under the plane. They chose to forgo the flight.

They were later accommodated with another flight and were allowed their carry their instruments with them on-board.
