GREENVILLE, S.C. - A judge ordered a toddler, found wandering around Stonesthrow Apartments on Century Circle Tuesday, to be placed with relatives. That's the result of a family hearing today in Greenville.

Police charged the father after the toddler was found naked and wandering near a playground.

The father, Matthew Lee Hart, was located after about two hours.

According to authorities, the child is approximately two years old.  They say he was found at a playground at the apartment complex around 11 a.m. and was not wearing any clothes.

Police went door-to-door and reverse 911 calls were sent out in an attempt to find out who the boy belongs to.

Officials say the child is in South Carolina Department of Social Services' custody.  Hart was charged with cruelty to children.

Hart was released on a $470 personal recognizance bond.
