Hamilton Man Arrested For Sex With Inflatable Raft

COLUMBUS, Ohio - A Hamilton, Ohio man was arrested Wednesday, accused of performing sexual acts on a pool float.

According to a police report, Edwin Tobergta, 35, was seen having simulated sex with a pink life raft along State Route 4 in Hamilton around 8 Wednesday morning.

A witness told police that Tobergta was totally nude and in view of nearby businesses and cars.

According to reports from WLWT in Cincinnati, Tobergta has been arrested for similar acts in the past.

In 2011, Tobergta was accused of having sex with a neighbor’s pool float.

In 2013, WLWT reported that Tobergta was accused of “having sexual relations with a pool float” within view of children. He was convicted of public indecency and was sentenced to 11 months in jail. He was released in May.

Tobergta is charged with public indecency and is being held on $35,000 bond.
