CARY, N.C. - Aviation Parkway between Gateway Centre Boulevard and Evans Road reopen Thursday morning after workers restored utility services damaged in the storms Wednesday evening.

A large tree fell across the road along Aviation Parkway near the Lake Crabtree bridge and brought down power lines and trapped commuters under the power lines Wednesday evening.

Aviation Parkway reopened shortly before 11 a.m. Thursday.
