Spartanburg Police need your help to find a missing teenager who may be in danger because of a medical condition.

Vazquavia Littlejohn, 15, ran away from her parents around 3:00 a.m. Friday after an argument at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center on East Wood Street.

Officers were called to the hospital after being told Littlejohn ran away towards Pine Street. Her parents say their daughter has a medical condition and doesn't have her medicine.

Police searched the area from Spartanburg to the family home in Boiling Springs. Open businesses and highways were checked, dogs were also brought in to search, but they have found no sign of the teenager.

Vazquavia Littlejohn was last seen wearing blue jeans with a dark or black sweatshirt with letters "VCF" on front.
