Deputies Arrest Two Men in Anderson Co. Drive By Shooting

Anderson County deputies say they've arrested two people in connection with a deadly drive by shooting on Saturday, June 7th.

Deputies say the shooting happened around 9:30 pm Saturday, June 7th at the intersection of Oliver and Hall Streets that left  one person dead and another wounded.Both victims were transported to AnMed Health, where 20 year old Brandon Kelly Willingham of Iva died.

The other shooting victim was treated and released.

Friday investigators arrested two Anderson men for the crime.

Anderson County deputies say 26 year old Royres Antwan Patterson was charged with Murder, Attempted Murder and Possession of a Weapon during the Commission of a Violent Crime.

They also say 39 year old Terrance Mandrell West was charged with Accessory After the Fact of Murder and Accessory After the Fact of Attempted Murder.

They say Patterson surrendered to the Sheriff’s Office and no other arrests are expected.

Both men are being held at the Anderson County Detention Center awaiting a Bond Hearing.
