Kennedy was born and raised in Upstate, S.C. She joined the 7NEWS digital team in February 2023.
She found her interest in journalism after job shadowing here at 7NEWS and also taking classes relating to journalism throughout her high school and collegiate career.
Kennedy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communication from Winthrop University.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
