Pop-up cat cafe with Asheville Humane Society August 3-4

ASHEVILLE, NC (WSPA) – The Asheville Humane Society is hoping to pair you up with a new furry friend at the Pop-Up Cat Cafe they’re hosting this weekend.

Gerber Mills LLC is temporarily donating their unoccupied space at Gerber Village suite 104 to the Humane Society for the event.

For a $15 dollar donation, you will receive on free non-alcoholic drink and one hour to hang out with adoptable cats and kittens. 

The cafe will be open from 10 a.m. To 6 p.m. from August 3-4.

Those interested can sign up online at the Asheville Humane Society website to secure their time slot.

There is a limit of 20 people per hour, but walk-ins will be welcome if space allows. 

Children must be at least 10 years old to attend and must be accompanied by an adult.
