MINI PUTT IS OPENING IN DOWNTOWN SPARTANBURG ON THURSDAY
Schwartzman, a Hub-Bub artist in residence, designed the course, built on a vacant lot between Broad and Main streets.
The course is free to play and will always be open, like a city park. There will be balls and putters available for Thursday’s opening or golfers may bring their own. Putters and balls will be available at Little River Coffee Bar, Dottie’s Toffee and The Local Hiker on Main Street, Growler Haus on Church Street and Paisley Paw on Broad Street after the grand opening.
Those who play and take photos are encouraged to use the hashtag #sparklecityminiputt.
