(WSPA) – Bailey Benz is relatively new to track and field, having just started in the seventh grade, but the freshman is making her presence felt.
On April 12, Benz tied the school record in pole vault, clearing the 10 foot mark.
Today she has even bigger goals in mind, not only at Mauldin but on an international level after placing sixth at the AAU Junior Olympic in Greensboro last year.
