100+ schools represented at college fair in Greenville

Oct 18 and 19 students and parents in Greenville County will have the chance to check out more than 100 colleges and universities from across the nation.

The event is at the Greenville Convention Center. Greenville County School District representative Beth Brotherton said this is a makeup date after some bad weather last month. She said juniors and seniors will have the chance to ask questions of college representatives and learn more about Financial Aid and the application process.
Brotherton said students will attend during the day and parents in the evening sessions today and tomorrow starting at 5:30 PM

The first session provides an insiders look at the college application process. Another session talks about financial aid for college at 7:15 PM

College fair is free and open to the public during tonight session starting at 5:30 PM.
