GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) — A box cutter was found at the scene of a fight that ended in two arrests.

A Greenville police report says officers found a man and woman injured Friday on Douthit Circle after people flagged down an officer about a fight.

Police were told a box cutter on the ground at the scene belonged to Julie Ann Collins.

The report says Collins, 56, and James B. Lee, 51, were injured and intoxicated.

Collins’ mouth was injured, while Lee was bleeding from cuts to his arm.

Lee told police he hit Collins after she cut him, but Collins stated she didn’t know how Lee’s arm was cut and later claimed he cut himself.

Collins said Lee hit her in the face for no reason, according to the report.

Police were unable to determine who was the primary aggressor.

Both were treated for their injuries and arrested.

The report says Collins was charged with aggravated assault and a weapons charge; Lee was charged with third-degree assault.
