4 kids exposed to drugs, 10 arrested in Oconee Co. sweep

WALHALLA, SC (WSPA) – Ten people have been arrested as part of the 15th Operation Infinity drug round-up in Oconee County.

33-year-old Timothy Wayne Rogers was charged with Unlawful Neglect of a Child after a 5-year-old in his custody tested positive for methamphetamine in Walhalla, according to warrants.

In a separate case 23-year-old Katie Watkins was charged with Unlawful Neglect of a Child after three children, ages one, two, and four, tested positive for marijuana in Seneca, according to warrants.

27 total suspects, including the ten arrested as of Friday, were wanted in connection with drug charges in the county as part of the operation.

Seven other suspects were each charged with various drug charges:

Rosanna Michelle Cannon, 39Distribution of Methamphetamine – 2 counts – 2nd Offense

Thomas Scott Green, 53Distribution of Ice (Methamphetamine) – 1 count

Tyler Rashaad Colbert, 29Distribution of Marijuana – 2 counts – 3rd or Subsequent Offense

Cecil Mark Fowler, 34Attempting to Purchase Pseudoephedrine above the Legal Limit – 1 count
