CLEMSON, SC (WSPA) – Clemson University Police are looking for a man in connection with a string of burglaries at Calhoun Courts apartments on campus.
According to police, there have been five burglaries from unlocked apartments at Calhoun Courts since September 17. The last two burglaries happened overnight Sunday night or Monday morning and Tuesday night.
Investigators say a laptop was stolen from South Calhoun Court Apartments between 9:30pm Sunday and 11:00am Monday. They say the resident was home at the time but the door was unlocked.
Tuesday night, police say an Xbox One was stolen from South Calhoun Court Apartments between 8:20pm and 9:30pm while the apartment was unoccupied. The door was also unlocked.
Police released a sketch of a man who was seen at the Calhoun Courts apartments during the time of the burglary Tuesday say investigators while like to speak to him regarding information he may have that could help solve the case.
He is described as 19-20 years old, 5’10” tall and weighs 250 pounds with short dreadlocks.
