GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) – One person was killed Monday morning during a crash in Greenville.
The driver of a 2019 International semi-truck was traveling south on Augusta Arbor Way at about 9:20 a.m. when the driver of a 2013 Chevy pulled out in front of them from Sterling Grove Road, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol.
The semi crashed into the driver side of the Chevy, troopers said. The driver of the Chevy died at the scene.
The victim has been identified as 27-year-old Sammy Herman Parker, III of Pelzer.
The roadway was blocked following the crash, according to troopers.
