Car fire briefly closes lanes of I-85S in Anderson Co.

ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – Emergency crews responded Monday afternoon to a car fire on Interstate 85 in Anderson County.

According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, the car caught on fire at about 4:30 p.m on I-85 southbound near mile marker 32. 

Two lanes of traffic were blocked while crews extinguished the fire and towed the vehicle away..
