The Henderson Co. Sheriff’s Office says they have charged Randy Lee Nead of Michigan with two counts of 2nd degree murder distribution of drugs after a man died from an overdose.

They say the victim, John Tucker, didn’t show up for work in February.

He was found dead in a hotel room at the Mountain Inn and Suites on Upward Rd. in Flat Rock.

The medical examiner says he died from heroin toxicity.

Nead was arrested in La Porte, Indiana and was extradited to Henderson Co.

He is in jail under a $2 million bond.
