AMBER Alert cancelled: Two children missing in NC found

UPDATE: The two missing children were found Saturday afternoon and are safe.

Raleigh – Two children have been reported missing out of Pitt County, NC early Saturday morning, according to the North Carolina AMBER Alert system and law enforcement.

Tyzira Donte Jones and Tyana Yevette Jones are the two children reported missing by the Pitt County Sheriff’s Department, and Terrence Devin Jones is listed as the alleged abductor.

Tyzira Jones is a seven year old black boy, 4′ 1″ tall, weighing 74 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a short sleeve navy blue polo shirt, khaki pants and white tennis shoes. Tyana Jones is a five year old black girl, 4′ tall, weighing 50 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a navy blue dress with a purple shirt, black leggings with white dots and white, blue, and purple tennis shoes.

The alleged abductor Terrence Devin Jones is described as a 31 year old black man, 5′ 6″ tall, weighing 145 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He is suspected to be in the Greenville, NC area driving a black 2016 Dodge Challenger with the license tag AE81542.
