Assisted-living facility evacuated overnight

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) - Crews from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Fayetteville Fire Department, and a crew helping from Nebraska evacuated a Cumberland County assisted living facility Saturday evening. 

CBS 17's Amy Cutler was on scene as the evacuation took place at the Cumberland Village Assisted Living in Fayetteville.

Cumberland County authorities have ordered mandatory evacuations of residents along the Cape Fear River due to flooding concerns. The river could crest at 62 feet, four feet above major flood stage, according to NOAA.
