GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – A 19-year-old Pickens County driver accused of killing a 17-year-old and hurting others in a DUI crash in Greenville Co. was denied bond in a hearing on Thursday.
Madison Michelle Bagwell is charged with:

She can refile for bond after she completes a drug and alcohol program at the Greenville County Detention Center without a change in circumstances and not have any contact with any victims.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident happened about 11:52 p.m. Saturday on Highway 25 near Pine Hill Drive.
Troopers said Madison Bagwell was traveling south on Highway 25 when she lost control of a Jeep Cherokee, drove off the left side of the road onto the grass median where the vehicle overturned and landed in the northbound lane.
The coroner said 17-year-old Jessica Faye Adaline Adams was thrown from the vehicle and flown to Greenville Memorial Hospital where she died Sunday morning.
Adams was a senior at Pickens High School.
Bagwell, a 20-year-old man, and two 13-year-olds were taken by ambulance to Greenville Memorial Hospital for their injuries, troopers said.
