GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) — Police are searching for a suspect in a bank robbery.
Donald Porter, spokesman for Greenville Police Department, said the BB&T Bank on Hampton Avenue was robbed around 8:35 a.m. Friday.
Porter said there were two suspects and at least one had a weapon.
Porter said it doesn’t appear anyone was hurt.
The agency said in a social media post the FBI is assisting in the investigation.
Police are looking for a black male in his 30s who may be wearing a wig. Police say he demanded money from teller before fleeing the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.
