Belton man accused of sexual battery of a child

ANDERSON COUNTY, SC (WSPA) – A Belton man faces criminal sexual conduct charges related to the sexual battery of a child.

According to a sheriff’s office report, Johnny Jack James, Jr., 54, was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.

In the report, James was charged following the sexual battery and lewd acts he committed against a 7-year-old girl between Nov. 29, 2018 and Dec. 2, 2018 in Belton.
