Center for Arts and Inspiration preps for opening in downtown Hendersonville

The Center for Arts and Inspiration is opening in Hendersonville February 23.

Founder Jeanie Linders said the group believes bringing the arts to Hendersonville and involving the community is a good way to meet people and provide professional entertainment.

Linders said they will open at 125 S. Main Street, formerly known as the Flat Rock Playhouse.

There will also be coffee, scones and drinks sold inside.

The group is looking to build their volunteer base by giving those interested access to tickets, education in the arts and coffee.

Linders said there will be several exhibits, rotating shows and dinner theater and book readings.

Ushers must be a minimum of age 18 and be independently mobile.

To register, contact the office at 828-697-8547 or email
