Colder temperatures today, hard freeze on the way

News

SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) — We will see a mixture of sunshine and clouds across the area Monday with temperatures that are about 10 degrees below average for this time of year.

Highs will be near 50 around the Upstate and near 40 in the mountains. It will be breezy at times, and with a reinforcing surge of cold air, there will be a hard freeze on the way for Wednesday and Thursday mornings.

The weather stays dry until Friday night when the next chance for rain comes back.
