SPARTANBURG Co., S.C. (WSPA) – A man was charged following a rollover crash that happened at an intersection in Moore early Thursday morning.

According to South Carolina Highway Patrol Trooper Justin Sutherland, the crash — involving a 2013 Dodge and a 2002 GMC — happened at the intersection of Highway 290 and 417.

Sutherland said the Dodge was traveling south on Highway 417 and the GMC was traveling east on Highway 290.

The two vehicles crashed and the GMC continued on, hit a sign and overturned.

Sutherland said the driver of the GMC — identified as Quentin Golden, 24, of Spartanburg — was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle and was taken to Spartanburg Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.

According to Sutherland, Golden was charged with driving under suspension, disregarding a traffic signal and seat belt violation.

The driver of the Dodge was wearing a seat belt and was not injured in the crash.
