Gamecocks women’s basketball team preparing for game Friday night

The South Carolina women’s basketball team is just a day away from their big Final Four match up in Dallas.

It’s their second trip to the semifinals in the last three years.

Today, our crews caught up with some of the players in the locker room to talk about how they’re preparing for the big game.

“our coaching staff really helps us out. We understand that we went to the mall a couple of days ago, we’re kind of chilling, we’re kind of seeing Dallas, but at the same time we know this is game time, this is why we’re here. We’re not here to be tourists. We’re here to be basketball players and try to get this national championship.” said A’Ja Wilson, USC All-American Forward.

The Gamecocks will play Stanford tomorrow night at 7:30 on ESPN 2.
