RALEIGH, NC (WSPA) – North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper and members of the Coronavirus Task Force held a briefing this afternoon.

The news conference was held at 1 p.m. at the Joint Force Headquarters, located at 1636 Gold Star Drive in Raleigh, N.C.
