Greenville-based company interested in building Mexican border wall

A Greenville-based company says they have shown interest in a plan to build a wall along the Mexican border.

The Trump administration is working to build a 30-foot-high border wall that is difficult to climb or cut through.

Notices for bids were made public by the Customs and Border Protection Agency and are due by April 4.

Fluor says that they entered their names on the list of companies that have expressed interest in being a part of the project. Fluor says that list totaled over 800 companies.

Specific details of the proposal have not yet been released.
