Greenwood teen arrested on charges of distributing Fentanyl, heroin

GREENWOOD, SC (WSPA) – Greenwood Police Department officers arrested a teen on charges related to the distribution of Fentanyl and heroin, and seized several firearms.

According to Greenwood Police’s Facebook post, Khalil Abney, 18, of Greenwood, was located and arrested on Wednesday morning on several warrants.

Abney was wanted for two counts of distribution of Fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute Fentanyl, unlawful carry of a pistol, failure to stop for blue lights/siren, resisting arrest and pointing and presenting a firearm.

During the arrest, agents also seized four guns, body armor, several types of illegal narcotics and a large quantity of cash, according to the release.
