GREER, SC (WSPA) – Police say a woman has been arrested for attempted murder in the shootings of her father and brother.

Greer police responded to the double shooting on Lemon Creek Drive shortly after 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Officers found one victim in a home and a second victim lying in a neighbor’s driveway.

Both victims suffered multiple gunshot wounds, police say.

Casey Navy, 32, has been arrested for the shootings.

Greer Police Department has charged Navy with two counts each of attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

Police identified the victims as her 54-year-old father and her 29-year-old brother.

The motive in the shootings is unclear.

Navy, whose address in arrest warrants is listed as Lyman, recently moved to the home where the victims were shot.

One victim was taken to Greenville Memorial Hospital by helicopter while the other was taken by ambulance to Spartanburg Medical Center.

Greer Police Lt. Patrick Fortenberry said both men underwent surgery and are believed to be in stable condition as of Thursday morning.

Navy remains in jail without bond.
