GAFFNEY, SC (WSPA) – Police are looking for the person who broke in to Harold’s Restaurant in Gaffney just hours after the owner and another person were shot inside the restaurant.
According to police, someone broke in to the restaurant and bar shortly after 4:00am on Tuesday.
Police say the suspect loaded beer into a trash can before leaving.
Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to call Detective Sergeant Blair Dennis at 864-206-3341.
The restaurant, located on North Limestone Street, was the scene of a double shooting that injured two people, including the owner.
59-year-old Eddie Jerome Motts was arrested and charged with two counts of attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
