Help deputies find suspect in armed robbery of Greenville Co. store


GREENVILLE COUNTY, SC (WSPA) – The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office said they are investigating an armed robbery at store in Taylors.

According to a sheriff’s office news release, the armed robbery took place at Super Mobile, located at 3217 Wade Hampton Blvd.

Deputies responded to the store around 3:30 p.m. in reference to a male suspect who went inside the store armed with a long gun and was wearing a mask.

According to the release, the suspect then demanded cell phones from the store.

The suspect then left the store with an unknown amount of merchandise.

No injuries were reported in the incident.

According to the release, the suspect was wearing a hooded sweatshirt, and had a covering over his face.

An investigation is ongoing at this time and anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers of Greenville at 23-CRIME.
