Help troopers find suspect, vehicle in Augusta Rd hit-and-run

GREENVILLE COUNTY, SC (WSPA) – South Carolina Highway Patrol officials are asking for the public’s help in locating a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash that happened Thursday.

According to a highway patrol flyer, the crash happened on Augusta Road near Woodmeade Way at around 11:55 p.m.

A pedestrian was hit by a dark grey 2013-2018 Nissan Altima.

The Altima then left the scene headed south on Augusta Road.

Troopers said the vehicle should have damage to the front of the vehicle on the driver’s side.

According to the flyer, the driver’s side mirror should also be missing.

Highway Patrol officials said the car was being driven by a woman at the time of the crash.
