A group of older adults is pushing the limits when it comes to exercise and aging at the Tryon Estates retirement community.
They’re called the Cyclepaths, a group of ten or so cyclists at the retirement community who ride weekly, around the Tryon, Columbus area in North Carolina.

The group was started by now 95-year-old John Mifflin he and his friend Bruce Greenawalt lead bike rides close to a dozen or miles once a week.

We met their fellow riders, Hunter Coleman, Tommy Lynch, Charles Duke.
